DR. GOH JOR MING, PH.D.
Integrative Physiology, Health & Longevity Scientist

Dr. Goh Jor Ming is a Research Assistant Professor with the NUSMed Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme, and also holds a joint appointment as Head of Clinical Sciences, both with the NUHS Centre for Healthy Longevity and the NUSMed Department of Physiology.

He researches on exercise and age-associated immunosenescence, immune modulation in cancer patients, inflammation in cardiovascular disease and cancer, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and health benefits in cardiovascular disease and cancer. Dr Goh also has numerous research publications and international awards in his field of expertise.

KAREN KOH

Senior Physiotherapist, Integrative Elder Care & Metabolic Disease Expert

 

Karen Koh is an educator, trainer and physiotherapist that specializes in geriatric physiotherapy. She has had experience working with the Singapore Sports Council (SSC), local community hospitals and St. Luke’s Elder Care (SLEC). She also has expertise in inclusive education. Karen has also assisted in the writing exercise programme for Health Promotion Board (HPB) STEP and various research studies on falls and strokes.

TONY LEONG, PH.D.
Mental Health Practitioner & Psychotherapist

An experienced counsellor and trainer, Tony has been running education and training courses for more than 15 years. He has organised a carefully structured training programme to deliver learner-centric professional trainings to Social Service Practitioners, Educators, and Youth Work Practitioners in various social service institutions.

Tony has also personally had more than 18 years of experience working with children and young persons, families, and especially with individuals undergoing mental health issues. He has specialised knowledge and understanding working with individuals and families in vulnerable situations.

BEATA JUSTKOWIAK
Psychologist & Life Coach

Beata Justkowiak makes psychology practical by blending it with coaching and positive psychology. She specialises in emotion regulation, stress and burnout prevention, depression, anxiety and redesigning lives to have work life balance. She listens well and people value her progressive attitude and holistic approach to body and mind. By drawing from different trainings and adding her interests in sport psychology, she’s always full of energy to educate, inspire and guide.

CHARLOTTE MEI DE DROUAS
Nutritionist

Charlotte Mei is a nutritionist, host, former radio talk-show presenter, and self-taught cook. Her mission: to get more people into the kitchen, help them build a relationship with food, and get them interested in what they eat. Something which she does daily with her followers on Instagram. 

Charlotte has delivered over 200 nutrition literacy workshops with brands such as Facebook, adidas, and Prudential. Topics include deconstructing fad diets, mindful eating, early childhood nutrition, supplementation, and hands-on cooking.
