Step Into Wellness (SIW) is a half-day activity-based outdoor challenge designed to build sustainability, improve health, and elevate wellbeing.
The focus is not on the total number of steps walked, but about the continuity of the activities of each individual, from the increased awareness generated through the SIW.

Leading With Wellness
To be able to lead others, we must first be able to lead ourselves. This is Personal Leadership.
The Leading with Wellness (L2W) full-day workshop is for managers with teams, where we introduce our 10 Cs of leadership and infuse our Step into Wellness Challenge to effect wellness and wellbeing.
When we understand that wellness and wellbeing are the gateway to better health, we are able to engage the right strategies for not just ourselves, but also the teams we lead.
